1. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and processed.

 

All our products are made-to-order, handcrafted with fresh flowers, and tailored to customer requirements. Therefore, once the production begins, we cannot cancel, refund, or change the order.

 

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed through our website, social media, or WhatsApp and confirmed via payment or written confirmation, cancellation is not allowed.

 

Customers are requested to carefully review their orders before confirming and making any payment.

 

3. Exceptions

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if there is any issue such as:

 

Product not matching the confirmed order (wrong item delivered)

 

Severe damage during delivery

 

You must report it within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review such cases individually and offer a resolution at our discretion. Please note that minor differences due to customization, natural flower variation, or design interpretation will not be considered for refunds or replacements.
